Terms of Service
All members must adhere to the Terms and Conditions and Rules of Get Noticed Poker, which may be amended at any time without prior notice.
All members must be aged 18 or over.
Membership lasts 12 months and is free.
Members agree to receive poker-related offers by email.
Members have the right to choose play live poker by joining, for free, any Get Noticed Poker venue.
Get Noticed Poker
All Get Noticed Poker events are No Limit Texas Hold'em Tournaments and covered by the ‘Captain’s Manual’ which is available from the Captain of each venue, who is also responsible for managing each event.
Get Noticed Poker reserves the right to impose 'sanctions' on members where they consider a player's actions or behaviour not to be in the best interests of Get Noticed Poker or the venue.
Publicity
Specific Terms and Conditions apply where public or private attendance at tournaments is given as a prize (for example players entered to a national or international tournament must wear any provided Get Noticed Poker branded clothing and/or articles for the duration of the tournament and all PR/publicity associated, exclusively, which means no other branded clothing and/or articles can be worn). 'Worn' includes articles in your possession which are not actually worn, for example poker card 'guards'.
Get Noticed Poker members agree to be photographed whilst they are participating in any event held at any venue and agree to the publication of those photographs in all forms of media, such as but not limited to, flyers, brochures, the internet, newspapers, magazines and agree to waive any rights they may have in that regard.
PR and advertising from these tournaments will be at the sole discretion of Get Noticed Poker and all participants must comply with Get Noticed Poker requests giving full authority to use for PR and advertising as they deem necessary. Any breach of the terms and conditions of Get Noticed Poker will render the 'prize-winner' liable to forfeit or 're-pay' the prize (or it's value and any associated costs or winnings) at the sole discretion of Get Noticed Poker.
Privacy
Get Noticed Poker will only use your personal details in connection with Get Noticed Poker business. We may supply them to our official sponsors from time to time, but we will NEVER supply your information to anyone else, or use it inappropriately.
It is a requirement for all members to provide and maintain and current working email address within their Get Noticed Poker Membership.
The official means of communication by Get Noticed Poker Membership is via email and/or the http://www.getnoticedpokerclub.co.uk and/or http://www.getnoticedpoker.co.uk web sites. It is the responsibility of ALL members to ensure they remain up to date with changes to all aspects of Get Noticed Poker, including rules, tournaments, etc.
